2. Use License & Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided images), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SvgDraw and its licensors.

You retain all rights to the images and SVGs you upload and process using our tools. We claim no ownership over your source files or the generated SVG outputs.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate SvgDraw, an SvgDraw employee, or any other person or entity.
• To attempt to bypass any rate limits, reverse engineer our APIs, or otherwise abuse the platform.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Pro Features"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SvgDraw makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content or materials included therein.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SvgDraw, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes prior to their taking effect.
